This Refund Policy explains the general refund approach for mobile car detailing, interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, vehicle appearance services, add-ons, and related services provided or discussed by Mobile Car Detailing.
General Policy
Mobile car detailing services are custom services based on labor, time, travel, vehicle condition, cleaning supplies, preparation, and customer instructions. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work, time spent, service completed, vehicle condition, and agreed service scope.
If Work Has Not Started
If a customer has paid for a service and work has not started, a refund may be considered. The customer should contact Mobile Car Detailing as soon as possible to discuss options.
If Work Has Already Started
If scheduling, travel, preparation, cleaning, detailing, interior work, exterior work, or administrative preparation has already started, a partial or no refund may apply depending on time spent and costs incurred.
Completed Services
Completed detailing services, completed interior cleaning, completed exterior cleaning, completed add-ons, completed pet hair reduction, completed odor reduction support, and delivered service work are generally not refundable once provided.
Vehicle Condition Limitations
Some stains, odors, pet hair, scratches, buildup, paint defects, or interior wear may not be fully removable. These limitations do not automatically create a refund right for work already performed.
Customer Delays
Refunds may not be available for delays caused by:
- Missed appointments
- Lack of vehicle access
- Incorrect vehicle details
- Customer schedule changes
- Unsafe service conditions
- Weather limitations
- Restricted parking or lack of access
- Changes requested after work has started
Third-Party Costs
Cleaning supplies, special products, travel costs, outside vendor costs, or special-order items may not be refundable once purchased or used.
